How do I become a customer at strecker?
We are a wholesaler for the floristry and decoration industry and only sell to resellers and commercial bulk buyers. If you fit into our customer scheme, you are welcome to use our online new customer application.

How do I log in to the webshop?
In order to log into the strecker webshop, you need a strecker-Customer account in which your email address is stored. You will be sent a link via which you can then set a password that will be valid in future in connection with your email address.

How do I change my address details?
Please go to “Customer account” in the “My account” section. Here you can change your master data.

At Forgotten password you can create a new password using your registered email address. After you click on "Request login details", you will be sent a link to reset your password.

How much does shipping cost?
For detailed shipping information, including delivery times, shipping costs and international delivery, visit our shipping information. We'll make sure your order arrives safely and on time, no matter where you are.
How can I make a complaint about my order?
The return should be made within eight days at one of our locations or by DHL. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note and a note stating the reason for the return. A credit note will be issued as soon as we have received the goods. Here you will find further information on returns and complaints.
