Returns
The return should be made within eight days at one of our locations or by DHL. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note and a note stating the reason for the return. A credit note will be issued as soon as we have received the goods.Please note:
Your orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Items at risk of breakage travel at the buyer's risk when using the ‘parcel service’ shipping method!
Complaints
The impeccable quality of our products and your satisfaction are important to us! Should your order nevertheless give cause for complaint, we ask you to send us the following information to schadensmeldung@strecker.shop:
- Your customer number
- The item number of the product
- The order number of the order
- A description of the defect to be complained about
- The number of items to be complained about
- Images of the damage
